send Datagrid items to a recordset

Hi! i want to print datagrid items to a crystal report. So i hav to send the datagrid datasource
(in form1) to a public recordset2, which i can use to retrieve when loading the form2 (reportform)

so i would really appreciate if someone could make a suggestion on how to achieve something like that..

Mur,

I dont use the datagrids, I prefer the MSHFlexGrid, but I think the DataGrid gets the data from a Command Object in a DataEnvironment, then you can use the recorset the Command have.
The recordsert's name is the Command name with a 'rs' before it.
Ex.
DateEnvironment1.rsCommand1
