hi...this is my scenario...user fills out form and clicks next-->next page shows users information which is stored into a tempusers_tbl; if the user agrees with the info they click next-->the information is then emailed to the hr dept from the database....hope this helps...thanks for your time...

If there is then you probably need to say which database you are using when you tell us what it is.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.

sorry...i completed the form...i can enter info and it passes it to the tempusers_tbl and then goes into the users_tbl...im using access as my database and asp as my scripting lang...i constructed the sql statements to manipulate the database by taking the temp table info and inserting it in the user table then the temp table information is deleted...so the info that i want to send via email would probably be from the temp table before it gets deleted...how would i go about doing that?...thanks for your time...
