Send data to outlook templates from Domino

My company is in the process of merging into a company that acquired us. Unfortunately, they use Exchange. All of their HR processes are set up using Outlook Templates.

I'd like to set up Notes Forms and port the information to the Outlook templates.

My question is; "Does anyone know of a resource for information on how to port data from Notes Forms to Outlook templates"?
