send data over CAT5E to PAL TV 1

Hello,

I have wired my house with cat5E cable and have also put a data outlet in the bedroom. My aim is to be able to play a movie on my computer (which is in the study) and view it on my conventional TV in the bedroom. Has anybody tried this?

If so could you recommned a good cheap piece of kit that would do this?

The TV uses a SCART connection.

At the TV, use a SCART to RCA adapter.
