This is for MS Access XP

I have a CRM package that I am creating in Microsoft Access. Actually, it is already created. I am wanting to generate emails through this application. Our email client is Lotus Notes connecting to a Domino server. This email wold be a a mass mailing that would be sent to all contacts within, for instatance, a single/collection of market segments (one such segment would be MS1). The particulars of this application are as follows:

Table - tblMarketSeg / Fields - MktSeg
Table - tblCompany /Fields - CompNo, Name, MktSeg
Table - tblContact / Fields - ContactNo, Name, CompNo, Email
query - qryContacts - tblContact.Name, tblContact.CompNo, tblContact.Email, tblCompany.mktSeg

Form where I would select criteria - frmMailings
Would have a collection of checkboxes (built from tblMarketSeg) where I could select a number of marketsegments. First, how would the checkboxes be contructed properly; secondly, based on the selected checkmarks, I would like to populate an access form with the following parameters:

To: (to be populated with the email addresses from the Market Segments selected)
cc: Have the user the ability to type in additional cc's
bc: Have the user the ability to type in additional bc's
Subject: Have the user the ability to type in the Subject Line
Body: This would be a memo box (rtf preferably) where the user could type in the body text
Attachements : The user would be able to select file attachements.

The email would be constructed within Access and the user would then Click a cmd button that would transfer it into Lotus Notes client. It is constructed within Access becasue eventually, I would like to have a record/history for these emails stored within the database. But that would be done later.

Any help would be appreciated.

The 'granite' link is a good one. Also, there have been many excellent previous postings in these fora if you do a Search.
