Send Contents of a file to a mail Recipient 1

Hi all,

Looking for assistance for sending the contents of a file to a mail recipient.

I have tried:

cat myfile > mail -s &quot;Here's myfile&quot; probdown <<EOF

...and of course, that did not work. Any help is much appreciated.
