Send calls immediately to daytime greeting 2

We have a Mitel ICP 3300. We have both daytime and night-time greetings. Currently, all incoming calls are sent to the daytime greeting if not pickup after 4 rings or so during business hours. We like to change this and like to sent all incoming calls immediately to the daytime greeting. What settings do we need to change to enable this? I believe all incoming calls during non-business hours are sent to our night-time greeting immediately.

Check the Call Rerouting form, if your call rings to DN 1234 then you can change the value in the Call Reroute - Day column to the same value you have for N1 and N2.

Or, if you're using DID and System Speed Calls, you could alter the speed call 'Actual Number' to be that of VM.

ie:
DID 123-555-6789 -> 5556789 from CO --SpdCall-->VM, caller will hear the open greeting

SW Load and VM type might help identify other options.
 
@bribob - How's the weather down there

@snoadmin - What rings currently in day mode? What rings if the caller dials zero during day mode? Are they one and the same? bribob's suggestions are good but if all calls ring reception on the same key you might be creating voicemail jail.

Assuming its an auto attendant greeting just reroute the number straight to voice mail...if its a DDI then send it to voicemail number, if its analog then enter the voicemail number in the answer position under trunks.
 
Yep, I pointed the DID to the main VM in System Speed Calls Assignment, and that worked.
