Send-calls Function

Please assist - I'm stuck and was certain the button assignment was SEND-CALLS

secretary /manager setup

for her to make sure he does not get any calls but for all his calls to come to her is to setup a SEND-CALLS on her phone with his extension number with a coverpath on his phone pointing to her BUT my issue is how does she then transfer a call to him if needs be ( as all calls will come to her )

Im so sure in the past I used this function and it worked - yet does not

have her do a priority call back to him, this will over ride the send all calls feature

Thanks - can you elaborate how I would do the priority call back

display feature access codes, look for code for priority so if it's *7 dial *7 followed by the extension number that has the send all calls activated, this will give a double ring burst to the called phone thus over riding the send all calls feature.
