send caller to voicemail????

I have a customer with a KXTA624 that uses KXT 7735 phones and a Tvs 50 VMAIL
The customer, after recieving an incoming call, would like to put the caller into her voicemail (SalesPerson she wants to talk with later) but she cant transfer it to her vmail box (ext 104, vmail 104) It displays "InValid Input" on the display. Panasonic Tech Support recommended on that phone,
press PROGRAM then the BUTTON I want to use, 94 and 115 for the voicemail then STORE.
When I do this and try calling---she answers, presses transfer (I hear music on hold) she hangs up and eventually I ring back to her ext.
Am I missing a step---should she be pressing transfer, the button, and then her extension???? Any help would be appreciated

nearly right

press PROGRAM then the BUTTON I want to use, dial 94 then store

this command sets the button as a voicemail trans button

when a caller rings for some one who is not available you would then press this button ( not the normal button ) then type the ext no: of the person the caller is looking for
this will send the caller to the mailbox belonging to that ext: you ofcorse hangup after dialing the ext no: dont wait for the ringing tone as there is none

yes just press the VTR button then type your ext no:
