Send call to VM

Hopefully, this is a simple answer...

I want to have a button on my phone that will direct a ringing call to voice mail. I have an ignore button, but that only silences the ringer. Then, since I use EC500, I also have to silence my cell phone. I know that IP Office shows this button automatically...

yes it's called send all calls button

You have to press that twice, right? I guess that could work...but seems there should be a solution to just handle this on a per-call basis.

you press the button, it lights up, all calls will go directly to voice mail, press button again to now accept all calls
