Send call info to a rest based API.

Guys,

Our customer wants to upgrade to an IPO R11.1 virtual.
Apart from that they also want to use the Realworks CRM which connect via a rest based API.
What the customer wants is a popup with the callers info on an incomming call.

The info from Realworks is a bit limited.

Anyone of you knows if this is possible, and how to connect?
