I am trying to set up a coverage path such that when the send-calls button is pressed on Phone 1, phone 1 rings once, transfers to phone 2, rings 3 times, and then goes to Phone 1 voice mail. If I understand it right, the send-calls button sends all calls to the coverage path. But I have the coverage path set the way I described and it does not work. When the send-calls button is pressed, all calls go to voice mail without going to phone 2 first. The coverage path I have set up for phone 1 is phone 2 then voice mail. Is there something I am forgetting to change here? Does it matter that phone 1 appears as a bridge on phone 2?
I did get phone 1 to ring once and then transfer to phone 2 by setting a coverage path of just phone 2 but then it would not go to voice mail on either phone, it just keeps ringing on phone 2.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

You were on the right track. In your cover path, there is an option that states "terminate to coverage points with bridged appearances". Make sure that this is a "Y". Then it should work.

Skippy93: Did you ever get this working? If so can you tell me how exactly you set it up on the coverage path and the bridge appearances. I am attempting to do the same thing but it will not cover to voicemail. Thanks for you help.
