Send button does not work when using SendObject in Access

This is on one computer only. All computers are on network and each has it's own copy of the front end of the DB. There is a button to send an email with RTF attachment. When the email opens,and I click send, nothing happens. It works fine on all computers but one. It is Office XP and Windows 98. Any idea of what this computer is missing?

I just had a similar problem and the users who couldn't send the e-mail were missing a service pack for Office. We run Office 2K on Win2K. Once I installed Office Service Pack 3, they were all fine.
