I've imported an avi but I want to send it to the back so that it's behind something else but it whatever I do it just won't go to the back. The channel order is ok and I also tried arrange -> send to back what's going wrong ?

You have to go the video properties for the avi in your cast and take off the DirectToStage property. You should be able to find this in the cast member or avi panels when you select the cast member in your library.

Do not forget that doing this will make your video file run not as smoothly as it would with DirectToStage turned on.
