send an entry to a textfield from a program

Hello, I want to send entries from a self written program to a form on a webpage. For example I send "

http://www.farbatlas.com/bestellung.htm?pcfingerprint="12345"&email="testmail".

"12345" is then written into that field of of the page. I am looking for the php script, not the VB code. Can you help? Thank you!
