Hello;

I am in need of the process and explanation of the standard procedure to set SEND ALL CALLS to a cell phone number.

I am dealing with an Intuity Audix (g3, I think) and Definity Site Administration --- Release R1.5.06.

This forum has been a great help to me in the past and I am looking forward to learning more from the knowledge base!

Send calls is just a way of telling the system, "I'm not available, send the calls to the coverage-path right away".
Whatever is on the coverage path (see the station form for the entry), calls are sent to. Your default path would be to your Audix hunt-group I guess?
What you can do is create a new coverage path for this specific phone with a coverage-remote entry, and then point the regular coverage path to the Remote one.
The cell number needs to be added to the coverage-remote table. The entry number on the remote is what you enter on the coverage path, ie: R100, mind the R in front.
If you need there is a way to toggle between 2 coverage-paths with a feature-access code.(look up in disp sys fea) This way the user can toggle between VM and cell.
You can program the fea's on a speed-dial button. Make sure the system has proper rights set to do 'trunk to trunk transfer' otherwise the call is going nowhere when the call originates outside.
