Send all Calls activated, no display information by incoming calls.

For example, we’ve 2 stations, 1010 and 1011.
Station 1010 has Send all Calls activated, in the coverpath 1011 is the first point.
When 1010 is called, station 1011 rings, working fine.
In our demo situation, when I call to 1010, I see in the display of 1010 +316xxxxx@sip.xxx and station 1011 rings with the same display information.
But one of our customers have the same configuration, and they don’t see the caller information on the display of 1010, they only see a telephony symbol (SAC symbol) but no caller information.
And only when Send All Calls is activated. In a normal situation they can see the caller information.

Any idea how to fix?
