So you want to send a Windows shortcut to another Notes user ?
Sending the shortcut is fairly straightforward : a shortcut is a file, so find the shortcut file and attach it to the mail.
Now, if your shortcut points to a file on your harddisk, there is no way that the recipient can open it with the shortcut. If the file is on a mapped network disk, the recipient would have to have the exact same mapping for that to work.
