Send A-number EBG

Hi, we have one EBG (Webswitch) attached to a TLU76/1 MD110 BC.10, when I call from EBG to MD110 I see the number but I dón´t see the name, but, if I call from the MD110 to EBG I don´t see the number neither the name. The configuration of the MD110 is the next:

the configuration of the EBG is QSIG(standar) MMF, enable CRC4, ISDN numbering planing, chanel negotation, use number type for calling number, use number type for called number, use number type for called number, present calling number, send ringing tone.
 
First thing to note is that the EEBG will not talk to the MD110 using QSig. If you connect 2 MD110's together using 2 x EEBG's they can transport the QSig between the MD110's or for that matter any PABX's.

However, if you are talking about Extns on the EEBG talking to the MD110, you will not get the Name Presentation. IF you want the number to presented the Extns on the EEBG from the MD110 you need to make sure that the individual Extns ADC value is set:-

For Digital Extns on the MD110 it is D10 to 1.
For Analogue Extns on the MD110 it is D9 to 1.

What version of EEBG Software are you running?

That EEBG software is OK. There is a later one B07 but it will not affect your situation.

As I previously stated the EEBG will only Transit QSig information.

What you may have to do is change the settings to downgrade the link to ISDN Services only.

One thing you might want to try first is to change the DEST ADC to 16060.......

D5 of the ADC bit is to be set to 1 only whne the other end is an MD110. In your case the EEBG is the other end.

You will never get Name Display in this case.
 
Hi TripleT I have changed the D5 of the ADC but don´t work. I don´t see the number when I call from MD110 to EBG.

Again I go back and state that you need to change both ends so they only support ISDN and not QSIG.

Once you have done this do a Signal Trace and post it.

Commands for Signal Trace are.

STISR;
STUNI:UNIT=SLP60,LIM=x,MSKSIG=A1&2,STORE=YES;
STTSI:TRI=1; "This will start recoding trace"

Make your test call.

STTSE:TRI=1; "This will stop recording trace"

STRAP:TRI=1; "This will print results of trace"

In the trace I see that the Caller Id is coming out of the MD110 and going to the eebg.

Just a quick question. Are you using Ip Phones or Analogue phones on the EEBG.

If it an analogue phone you need to Check the Enable Caller Id for the individual extn.

On the IP Phones you need to check which Software is on the phones and ensure it is the correct level.

On the 3413 phones it must be R6L and on the 4425 phones it must be R3B.
 
I'm using netmeeting, phonemanager an analog phones.
 
Instead of using Phone Manager try to use the Web Interface.

Just point you Browser at the EEBG and log in using the EXTN No and Vmail Password.

This will do the same job as Phone Manager on Analogue Phones.

Let me know if you then see Caller ID.
