Send a caller directly into a voicemail box. (OptiPoint 410 with sidecar, OpenScape 4000 V7 R2)

Is there a way to send a caller directly into someone's voicemail using a OptiPoint 410 sidecar button on an OpenScape 4000 V7 R2 and using OpenScape Xpressions 8.11?

Well this is actually a physician practice nurse line that answers most of their calls. So what they want is to be able to press a sidecar button (DSS/Name)and transfer the caller directly into the voicemail box for extension 3650.

FYI just a side note: Unrelated, they have a sidecar (Name) button with the following to check voicemail for box 3673 "2300C183673#C18112233#". "2300" is extension for voicemail, C18 is pause I believe, 3673 is their extension, C18 is another pause, and 112233 is their 6 digit password.

With my AVST CallXpress system there is one number you call to check your voicemail (3680) and a different on you can use to transfer a call directly into a mailbox (3681). In my case the process would be "transfer" 3681 <system prompts for mailbox number> "Relesae call"

My old Rolm PhoneMail system also had separate numbers to dial in to check messages or to transfer calls with, so your system may have something similar. Look at X2300 in your system to determine if it is a station, and if it is look at what the name is - does it say something like "Voicemail"? If so, do a DIS-PERSI:NAME; and look to see if there is an extension that says something like "Voicemail Transfer" or "Voicemail Direct" that you could use to transfer calls directly in.
