Semaphore Timeout Problem

We have been a few problems lately with BE 8.5 build 3571 running on NT 4 sp6a. We thought we had them fixed but lately we have been getting a semaphore timeout. We did all the fixes recommended by veritas for this problem with the new drivers and so on. I was wondering if installing the build 3572 would help our problem. Plus will we have to reset all of our backup configurations when we do install the new build.
