I have made many calls and searched the web but no luck so far.
I'm looking to purchase about 250 ft of figure 8 self supporting Cat 6 cable to run from a building to a pole then to another building..
Anyone out there have a link to a manufacturer ?...Graybar does not carry have it.
Thanks in advanced

How about Aerial Innerduct, then you can run any type of cable through it.

1a22ip,
I agree with you. You are old...
Drop wire indeed!
Bet I'm older. Ha

TTT..Thanks!! But after calling 7 distributors today it seems that the only way that one can purchase self supporting inner duct is in the minimum of 2500 ft lengths.I'm looking to place a cat 6 wire inside of the inner duct with a total length of 250 feet end to end...
I will probably go with my first choice of placing a messenger strand and using UV rated cable ties to attach the cat 6 to it.

Anyone out there know of some vendor that may be able to help with shorter lengths of inner duct.?..

TTT a star for you anyway!..Great idea..

Thanks

Was ADI or Anixter one of the seven? I bought a 100' roll of the orange 1" Carlon from ADI a couple of years ago. If it is available in those lengths, you can use couplers to connect the lengths together to get 250'.

....JIM....

SYQUEST...No neither one, but Graybar told me that Carlon stopped making it due to lack of demand..
A star for you for the kind thought.
Thanks
