Self Referencing Page help

I'm connecting to an access data base and I initially have 2 select boxes, as well as a submit button.

After I click submit I ONLY want to display the information I have requested and not the initial select boxes or submit button.

How do I only show the information I have requested and NOT the initial select boxes and submit button?

have your form action = to a new page where you process your select statement against the access db and display those results.
