Selector Code not working 2

I know the answer to this probably exists somewhere on the board, but I'm afraid I'm in a rush and don't have time to look this up.

I just added a 800 GS/LS board to a Magix system, so now the setup looks like:

Processor
024TDL
800GS/LS
800GS/LS (new)
MerMesg

Did a board renumber, Voice mail is working, but now when someone dials an extension directly out of the AA (Selector Code 6 - Dir. Ext. Transfer) for their 6xxx-range extensions, the caller goes straight to the Operator extension.

The selector code is programmed correctly, now what could I possibly be missing? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance...

Is rotary enabled turned on?

I checked hunt group type, rotary enabled, members, etc. for the VM calling group. They all look to be correct. I called in again this afternoon, and when entering an extension, I received "your call is being transferred" and my call went to the operator, not the desired extension. It's strange, I'm not sure where this is coming from.

OK, let's assume that you are ABSOLUTELY sure that 6 is a DXT prompt.

My next guess would be that you do not have the MAIL set for 4 Digit extensions.

Just verified, again... SC 6 is DXT, both day/night, and checked max. ext. lenght, set correctly to 4 digits.

After adding the 800 card, I didn't initially do a board renumber. But when the AA and VM covers weren't working, I renumbered, and everything seemed fine at that point. Until I was an hour away and got a call...

Thanks merlinman, 1043. Finally dialed in, and it turns out that Rotary Enabled extensions did not stay programmed after doing a board renumber. Re-enabled, now DXT selector codes are working properly.
