I have a column with some cells that have numbers in them and others that are empty but will eventually have numbers. What command would I use to sum only those cells that are currently filled in and that would automatically update the sum when additional cells are filled in? (So, it would be a command that includes all the cells in the range but recognizes the difference between filled and empty cells.)

Thanks!

Please ignore the previous post. I see now that the SUM command does what I want without special modification. I was looking at a column and thought that it was doing something different. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb. One of those times when you wish electronic transmissions weren't so quick.
