Selective recording with Cisco ICM

Hi!

Nice version 8.9
I have Nice system with total recording, but now i want to use selective recording.

I want that some calls will be recorded by extension number, some calls by ROD some calls by CTI data in Cisco ICM. Is it possible?

When i trying to setup selective recording in Nice Admnistrator under Logger Chanels i receiving error "List index out of bounds (0)" What this error mean?

what is your setup. Passive type a uses ip addresses but to support ROD you need a CLS or a CTI enabled logger

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?
