Selective Recipient Limits

Hi All,

I have the classic issue of users selecting all names in the GAL, circumventing any Number Of Recipient limits I could have set. I would normally make it a Policy under Global Settings, but I found that my Query-based DLs are affected by this limit - and thus my 'All Employee' email list doesn't function for the people authorized to use it.

Is there a way to enforce the Recipient limits selectively (like with AD Group membership) instead of at the Global, Admin Group, or Server level?
