I have a Lotus Approach database i have developed for a client. It is a payroll database

My client wants the the fields to be responsive to the printouts. What I mean is this; if a particular field (say overtime, has no value in it for a particular record, then the field "overtime" should not print.

I am looking for a simple logic that i can use to enable the DBF to note this feature - to wit - if a 'net value' field is <= 0, then this particular field should not print out - should be disabled in print!

Can anyone help?
