I have set up a Page footer, all the data needs to appear on each page, except one final calculation. This needs to appear on the final page only.

If there a way to make this only appear on the last page? I thought about putting it in the report footer, but this data MUST be next to some of the page footer data.

HELP!!

Many thanks

One suggestion, not tried:

Insert the field at the appropraite location in the page footer, Set it to VISIBLE=NO.
Then in the Format event procedure of the ReportFooter, set this field Visible Property to YES.

I believe that the Report Footer is formatted before the last Page Footer.

To check it before to try, add a simple MsgBox statement in each Format event procedure of both Page and Report Footer, you'll see the order of these event.

I couldn't get that to work, i put this in the Report Footer format section: =[FieldName].[Visible]=True, and nothing happened, did i put that in the wrong place? or is that the wrong expression? or is this the wrong way to go about it?
