Hi guys,

I have done a quick search of this forum so as not to waste your time, but could find no answers.

My question is:

I am using the option to print the column headers on all pages of my report, but the last page is a precis of info and not a "spreadsheet" as such, just text. Now, I do not want the column headings repeated on this page.

Is this possible ??

Regards,

Chris

Hi Chris

assumning the data you want to print is on one worksheet (though this'll work for sveral sheets as well), you can try using views and the ReportManager add-in

For each section of data where you want to apply differen print settings you need to:
1. Set the PrintArea to the section of data you want to define
2. apply the PrintSettings
3. Create a view (see menu VIEW > CUSTOM VIEWS ...). Name your view & click OK
This stores the PrintArea & its PrintSettings using your view's name.

repeat for every section of data where you need separate print settings

Then use the Report Manager addin in menu VIEW to create a print report: this addin allows you to select the veiws that you want to print in one go.
If you can't see the Report manager you'll need to activate it (TOOLS>ADDINs)

Hope this helps

Cheers
Nikki ;-)
