Selection Expert Error in Seagate Info Viewer...Please help

When viewing a report using Info Viewer in SI version 7.0 We get the following error..while trying to use the Selection Expert.

"Could not find an Info Server to process this request. Please enable Info Server for viewing using Info Admin. Also, make sure that the Info Agent is running on that Info Server.."............????

Any immediate help and or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I take it that if you switch the viewer to Info Analyzer through your Desktop options, that you don't get this error...
