Selection box relative to selection

Is it possible to keep my selection box/handles in relation to my selection? After I rotate a rectangle and then find I have to make it a bit longer (on the new axis), my selection box is still in basic x & y space which makes it very hard to adjust.
I'm relatively new to Corel Draw but have been an Illustrator user for some time and yes Adobe has this feature.

Corel's extrude toolset is awesome though!!

Any input would be appreciated.
