Selecting trays in PCL code

I am still haveing problems selecting trays with using an overlay. Does anyone know someone that could look at my overlay and my pcl code and tell me why it is ignoring the tray selection? I have taken all the tray commands out of the overlay and still it seems to have a mind of its own.
I do not think that it should be this hard. Thanks for the help.
