Selecting record from a datagrid

I have a datagrid fill up from an ado recordset. I want to be able to click on a record and add it to another form. how do i grab the info in what i clicked in the datagrid to the other form???

This should get you started....

Dim sTemp as String

sTemp = Me.DataGrid1.Columns(1).CellValue(Me.DataGrid1.Bookmark)
