I am trying to get a qbasic program to print to LPT3. Currently it is printing to a .prn file and spooling automatically to LPT1. Any way to change this? Thanks for any help.

PTR$ = "LPT1:"
PRINTER = FREEFILE
OPEN PTR$ FOR OUTPUT AS #PRINTER
PRINT #PRINTER, "This is printer 3"
CLOSE #PRINTER
