Selecting only one address field

Hi There,
Scenario:
Data has same address for more than one record, need to write code to select only the first incident of that data.

For e.g.
DATA SET

Tina pal 111 State Road
Nina pal 111 State Road
Reena pal 111 State Road
Mona Carr 111 State Road
Seema pal 555 State Road
Marian Kar 555 State Road

OUTCOME
Tina pal 111 State Road
Seema pal 555 State Road

Group by the address field and add the name to the group header.
Suppress the detail line.

Well, my utlimate to create a lbel, if I suppress the details, all my label contents will be gone, any ideas how to get around that?

You could go to the section expert->details->suppress->x+2 and enter:

{table.address} = previous({table.address})

This should suppress all but the first record per address.
