Is there a way to designate an entire page or set of pages as non-printable in InDesign? To simplify file maintenance we want to keep answer key pages at the end of our document, but we don't want these pages to be printed or output to a PDF file when we print a normal book. Although when we print out an Answer Key book we will want only these pages to print.

You can only make objects non printable, not pages.

But when printing or creating a pdf you can always put in a range of pages that you want.

Thanks --- In the meantime I did some searching and I found a way to do this automatically within ID - the following web site has a free rlug-in tool to do this:
"Handy Tools"

woops - that should be a free Plug-in tool
