Selecting Dir on a network

I just noticed that Tdrivecombobox (win 3.1) and selectdirectory (again this is an old procedure) are not seeing 'mapped' network drives on the XP system I am using (I am sure this worked before! anyway)
Question is.
Is there a dilaog call that will allow a user to select a network drive/folder, Opendialogs work fine (I can even get the UNC name from this but the user must select a file.
I want them to be able to select a folder.
Working with Delphi 4.

Hmm, it seems that even though Windows explorer was showing these drives as mapped and connected, it was only after I actually accssed them in explorer they became avalible to my application.
