Selecting data

My data is in the form of mm/dd/yyyy hh/mm/ss.I have numerous dates with varying times. I want to select all the data with a particular time like 12:00. The select option shows all the dates and times but how do I just get the ones that show 12:00. I either get them all or only one day. I need some kind of wildcard formula, but don't know what. Like select from mm/dd/yyyy hh/mm/ss only data where hh/mm/ss equals 12:00.

Assuming that you want 12:00 noon:

time({your.datetime.field}) = time{12,0,0)

should do the trick
