Does anyone know how I select a specific cell to go into my report? For example

***TABLE***
NAME YEARLY WAGE HOURLY WAGE
Bob £15000 £8.20
Mike £13000 £7.20

***REPORT***
Hourly wage ... £8.20
The man's name is ... Bob

How can I select one cell? Do I need to use an IIf statement?

Either create a query which filters for the name you want, or use the Filter property of the Report by entering what would the WHERE criteria i.e. "[Name]='Bob'. You will need to set the 'FilterOn' property of the report to Yes, though.

Hi Neil,

If you create a query as suggested above put

[Please enter Operators Name]

or similar in the name field, this will ask for the operators name and filter by that operator.

Rob!
