Selecting a remote server takes a long time

Selcting a remote server to backup or restore to takes a long time to connect.

I'm using Backup Exec for Netware v9.1.1152
The servers have Netware v5.1 sp7

An upgrade was performed to install Eirectory and update the LAN Drivers. Since this occurred, the connection time has slowed down.
Backups and restores run O.K.

Its just the selection of the server that takes a while.

Does anybody know what might be causing the delay?

I've got the same issue with NW 6.5, same version of BE. It can take up to two minutes for the selection to occur. I've just been living with it.
