Selectable hunt groups on BCM

Can anyone advie if it is possible to have what I would describe as a selectable hunt group, that is the ability to be a member of more than one group but be able to join/leave certain groups from the handset?

If it is possible can you advise if this is only achievable through using Professional Call Centre?

That is an ACD function. You can do that with basic call center also, provided you don't need any more than 2 skillsets. If you require more than 2 skillsets, you've gotta go with professional.

You can then select which skillset you want to log into, or log into all that the agent is a member of.
