Guys,

Nots sure if I have asked this before, but is there any way to select which page(s) has the repeat column headings on it ??

I have a spreadsheet which is ued for various functions and the final sheet is a text based summary.

I cant include the headings at the top of each printable page by including them in the spreadsheet, because my macro needs a continuous list to work properly.

Regards,

Chris May

Try using Custom Views (in the VIEW menu) - these allow you to save ALL custom print settings (including whether or not to include rows/columns for Print Titles) per Print Area.
If you want to print a set of views at once (for instance, you've got 4 view set up for Sheet1), use the report manager to create a report for the set of 4 views. report manager is an add-in which isn't enabled by default - go to Tools > AddIn Manager to add this option to your View menu.

HTH

Cheers
Nikki
