Select sheet option on shared workbook Excel 2000

Is it possible that when an agent opens the shared workbook, that a pop up would appear, so that an agent can pick which worksheet they would like to edit. Also i would like the worksheet to lock until the agent exits the workbook.

Hi,

You know that you can Right-Click the lower RH of the Excel Window where the Workbook Navigation Buttons are, and you'll see a pop-up sheet list.
