Select retrieval logger

When i go to query>system>select retrieval logger the box is blank with no retieval looger to select.
How do i add a retrieval logger to my pc?

in nice administrator when logger is highlighted u need to click for retrieve option box. if only one logger onsite it will default to its originating voice recorder

Celtic is correct and this is the first place to look, if this fails then check if the user has retrieval rights for the logger under user administration / servers.
