I have a query that asks for the customer name and secondly asks for the date it was packed. The problem is that most users will not know the exact date of when the order was packed. I would like my query to display all pack dates for the entered customer and then be able to click on a date that will then show the items packed on that date. Any Ideas?

create a form and a subform.

put a dropdown box on the form that allows the user to select the customer.

in the subform source you'll want a query that gets all the order for the customer selected in the drop down box.

in the result set of the subform, add a double click event that opens another form to show the details of the order the user doubleclicked on.

You will have to use forms you can not do this with just queries.
