Select "ALL" using dynamic parms in CR:XI

I am in the process of upgrading from CR 8.5 to CR XI. Yes, this is a big jump and things have changed quite a bit.

What I am looking to do is insert an "ALL" selection into a dynamically built parameter. Can this be done in XI?

I know I was able to do it with the static drop down parms in 8.5, but I haven't been able to figure out how, or if you can in XI.
