Select query into a text file

Does anybody know how to change the alignment of a value when exporting to a text file using the SCHEMA.INI?

I'm using a FIXED WIDTH text file, with a set width of 5 for a particular field. I want the values to left-align, but they're always right aligned.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
