I have a laser printer (which is my windows default printer) and a label printer (1 up labels). Is there a way to print my labels on the label printer without changing the windows default printer? Is there a way to select a printer on a form prior to printing the report or can I use VBA code to send the report to a specific printer?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I believe all you need to do is open the report in design mode go to print and set the combo for the printer. Access will then remember this as part of the design.
