We have a client (customer) that is running Citrix 1.8 sp 4 on Win 2k adv server with SP 3. (Client PN is ver 6.20 also tried newer versions to no avail)
Problem: When clients (computers) log on via a predefined application (PN--->properties-->application) there is no problems launching the respective program and running it.
Problem rests with when the client computer goes to print,when the program comes up to the "print" drop down box screen is greyed out. The printers autocreate ok, if one clicks on the "print box" area the doc will print.
If one removes the defined applications etc and has the client computer log on to a "desktop" etc, and run the application etc, this "greyed out " issue is not present, at least in our testings.
Any thoughts on where and what to look at??
